Understanding of Music™ Seminar
ž Yes! I wish to register for the Understanding of Music Seminar hosted in Buffalo, New York, and agree to arrive at the seminar location by 6:00 pm Friday, June 13, 2008, and follow the Seminar rules.
Seminar schedule:
Friday June 13, 2008, 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm (please arrive by 6:00 pm)
Saturday June 14, 2008, 9:30 am - 7:00 pm (lunch break 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm)
Sunday June 15, 2008, 9:30 am - 7:00 pm (lunch break 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm)
Seminar rules:

No drugs or alcohol may be consumed during the weekend on which the Seminar is being held (attendees receiving prescription drugs under medical supervision are requested to advise the Seminar Organizer what drugs are being prescribed).

Any attendee with a reading or hearing problem or who is physically challenged is requested to advise the Seminar Organizer so the best efforts can be made to accommodate that attendee.

No smoking will be allowed during the Seminar but sufficient meal and rest breaks should ensure this is not a problem.

Any attendee who is unable to adhere to the full schedule and maintain punctuality creates a disruption to the rest of the attendees and will be refunded and asked to leave the Seminar.

Tape recording is not permitted as it creates a distraction. Taking notes is welcomed but not essential as all information is in the Seminar manual.

Each attendee must make the Seminar Presenter immediately aware of any confusion or difficulty so that it can be fully handled at that time.

A deposit of $250 is required to secure a place at the Seminar.

The balance of the Seminar fee, $245, is due by May 31, 2008 (total Seminar cost: $495).

For cancellations made after May 31, 2008, a 50% cancellation charge will apply.

A late-registration fee of $25 is required for enrollments completed after May 31, 2008 (total Seminar cost: $520).

For the payment plan option: unpaid balances are subject to 10% annual interest, in addition to the late registration fee of $25.

Option #1: Pay your deposit online NOW. Early registration bonuses only apply to full deposits of $250.
You can by credit card or Pay Pal account. To use your personal debit or credit card, follow all the prompts. The transaction is handled by Pay Pal's secure server but you do not need a Pay Pal account for this option.
Option #2: Send in your deposit by check TODAY. Early registration bonuses only apply to full deposits of $250.
To pay by check, print and mail this page with payment. Your balance will be due by May 31, 2008.

Note: If you pay the full seminar fee of $495 before May 31, 2008, you save yourself a $25 late-registration fee and 10% interest on unpaid balances.
